Refund policy

Please record an unboxing video starting from when you receive the parcel and begin opening it.
If the item doesn't match your order or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the unboxing video as proof.
Once verified, we will exchange the item for the correct/undamaged one at no extra cost.
Claims without an unboxing video, or reported after 7 days, will not be accepted.
Used, altered, or damaged-by-customer items are not eligible for exchange.
